Team Coaching Excellence
Team Coaching particulars:
- Typically done via Skype or Zoom – either service can easily manage larger numbers
- If on-site Team Coaching is desired, travel expenses will be required
- Frequency of meetings: once-a-week to monthly (longer gaps become less effective)
- Participants are best served if each person is online from their own computer (software is free and easy to use)
- Coach and each client keep their own notes; each participant has access to online coaching portal where notes are kept and shared
- Agreement and list of deliverables will be provided in writing
Initial Consultation (by one representative or by whole team)- No Charge; Let’s talk about ways to establish peak ministry performance!
Teams of 2 – $125 per contact hour
Teams of 3 – 7, $50 per person per session
