My name is Phil Pledger and I have been a professional Church worker for more than 32 years, serving congregations in Texas, Wisconsin and California. I’ve served small ministries as well as large, healthy communities and the not-so-healthy. Through it all, God has blessed me and my family in more ways than I can count (or even know about).
