Consulting Services
The power of consulting begins with objectivity and sound assessment. We work together to accurately and completely understand the present situation, discuss your preferred situation, and then chart the course forward. The Consultant offers fresh objective perspective, ministry tools and expertise to chart your course, along with ongoing follow-up for as long as your ministry desires. There’s nothing more frustrating than a Consultant who goes into an organization but leaves people wondering how to implement the training in the “real world.”
Team and/or Individual Coaching
Coaching is a powerful tool that not only impacts the one being coached, but all those whose lives he or she touches as well. Team Coaching Excellence utilizes the same powerful coaching tools, but here, it’s applied to everyone on your team. Team Coaching particulars:

Typically done via Skype or Zoom – either service can easily manage larger numbers

If on-site Team Coaching is desired, travel expenses will be required

Frequency of meetings: once-a-week to monthly (longer gaps become less effective)

Participants are best served if each person is online from their own computer (software is free and easy to use)

Coach and each client keep their own notes; each participant has access to online coaching portal where notes are kept and shared

Agreement and list of deliverables will be provided in writing

Teams of 2 – $125 per contact hour
Teams of 3 – 7, $50 per person per session

About Booking Workshops:
Most workshops can be presented ONLINE (and live) or ONSITE depending on the topic you choose and the outcome you are seeking. All workshops will be customized for your ministry to accomplish your objectives, and when we talk, we can discuss whether ONLINE will work or an ONSITE presentation might be our best choice.

ONSITE Workshops are negotiated according to several variables such as: level of detail required, number of days onsite required, materials desired (such as workbooks for each participant), any special needs/accommodations. Additionally, the organization is expected to pay for travel and lodging (if necessary).
