This proposal offers cost-effective solutions to several ministry needs in the California, Nevada, Hawaii District of the LC-MS. The following paragraphs outline how the work I can provide in the areas of Coaching, Consulting and Workshop presentations and formulating Mastermind groups that will bless Professional Church Workers and the ministries they serve. Although there are no guarantees in life, Christ-centered Coaching, Kingdom-centered Consulting and Priesthood-of-Believers-centered Workshops will encourage many Professional Church Workers and the people they serve, help turnaround the attrition rate of many congregations, and empower hundreds of Christians in the service of our Lord Jesus Christ. Additionally, Professional Church Workers and congregational leaders will experience greater ministry effectiveness, renewed vitality and joy in their calling, and through their ongoing ministry, bless many people through their service.
